Think of it like a dungeon master
sets up the map, gives faction choices
manages foggy interactions checking for legality on things
and if elijah does what I did... manipulate the board quite a bit

You can just head to the FoW server and make a post just like this saying you want to start a game and see who joins! And you can ask player you've played with if they want to join you. Ask for a GM on that server and usually someone will volunteer 🙂
