#Absol Hybrid Crystal Fighter 2 bug

The bot does not realize that Absol Hybrid Crystal Fighter 2 lets fighters move and exist without capacity, so every time you do something the bot "reminds you" to delete your free floating fighters. Needless to say this is annoying and it spams up the actions chat with large pictures. Fortunately, Absol Hybrid Crystal Fighter 2 is the same as regular HCF2 so hopefully its an easy fix.

Anyways this bug exists cause I wrote the capacity code before absol_hcf2 was a thing

Just add it to the list of hasFF2tech or rewrite the check to be smarter
