1 action = 1 thing that a player does
so...
round > turn > action

For superfast you have some players that have an average turn time of 30 mins or less

(its more of an arbitrary rule, but some players when creating games want your timer to be below 3 hrs for decently fast games)

When you play an AC you can press a button "wait for all to respond" or something like that. Then the bot will stop your timer until everyone responds with sabo/no sabo

This is not necessary, you can play also as casual.
To be clear, for a TIGL game, everyone should agree to play a "competitive" game. Shouldn't be a mix of "casual" and "competitive" players.
