I have run playtests of various agenda- focused homebrew items, but I think it is time to combine them all into a module I am calling Voices of the Council.

This will include:

Envoys
Revised agenda deck
Revised Politics strategy card

These components should all be in the bot, though automation is currently only set up for Politics (which will need testing to confirm it is functioning correctly). I may be able to get some more automation going forward, depending on how much free time I have.

The game will otherwise be a standard 6p/10VP Milty draft.

To launch a new game, please run the command /game create_game_button, filling in the players and fun game name. This will create a button that you may press to launch the game after confirming the members are correct.

__Primary Ability__

Choose a player other than the speaker. That player gains the speaker token.
Draw 3 action cards, discard 1, and keep the rest.
Look at the top 2 cards of the agenda deck. Place each card on the top or bottom of the deck in any order, then look at the top 2 cards of the agenda deck.

__Secondary Ability__

Spend 1 token from your strategy pool to draw 3 action cards, discard 1, and keep the rest.

Nope, that's just a way for people to get informed of new playtest games. Anyone can get the role if they want, too.

I enjoyed the envoy game I played as Mahact. Didn't win, but was able to get most (all?) of my tokens through the envoy. And made Genetic Recombination worth researching.
