There's no planets that start with the letters "O" or "U" (in base/pok)

When I first read the description of the episode I thought 'medium takes'? wow he's just a kid cut him some slack.
" I don't like Mahact, they're bad, they're my least favorite faction "
then I thought well ya know he's a kid they don't have fully formed opinions yet

I feel the same about Mahact, except I might say evil instead of bad

actually serious question here,
While Async is being developed into a user friendly platform, that allows players to break up a 8+ hour game into smaller segments. it does feel like the disadavantage here it's easier to start angleshooting even if it is not your intention to do so. I am not totally sure how you could get around this? I would argue there is some angleshooting built into the game RAW
ie following the secondary of warfare, the build is technically in speaker order, so each could change what they decide to build based on the last person's build.

I suppose the end turn when everyone has reacted button mitigates this a little bit

I feel like boardgaming is even more of a social contract than other related hobbies, and the way to combat angle shooting is to just not.

Similar to how the rock climbing community, in my observation, is weirdly good about cleaning their gear and not stealing stuff lying around, etc. Bad example maybe?

And then yeah just don't play with people who don't follow the same set of social contracts you do i guess

Officiating in Ultimate Frisbee (and I’m sure a lot of other rec league style sports) is done on the honor system

I suppose this usually matters when someone wants to follow two different strategy cards, doesn't have enough tokens until leadership pops, which is usually overwritten by just asking the player to hold off or make some other deal is made above the table anyways
so maybe it's just a make believe problem lol
