To launch a new game, please run the command /game create_game_button, filling in the players and fun game name. This will create a button that you can press to launch the game after confirming the members are correct.

Just a proposition I throw here, no problem if its not recieved, but I'll throw it anyway:

What woyld you think about doing the game between Discord and BGG forums, like Old Times??

I found that the Modding is just ∞ far away on discors than the things we used to do in BGG, so we need it to run the game without a moderator.

BUUUT the social aspect I thibk it shined a lot moreon the BGG forums: more easy to search, no need to scroll up, organised in pages, more easy to quote some parts and track deals, yoy can use Colors and fonts and all that to express lore.

So, in case you want to try, we could do it.

Im fin with having the game in its entirety here, too, Im just brainstorming 😛

I’m in. I like the idea of posting on BGG too, but I won’t die on that hill.

I’m hoping to play Jol-Nar (the only faction I’ve never played) if there’s any interest in some kind of draft where we can pick factions ahead of time.

I would, but my biggest complaint about BGG is it is an absolute pain to do anything on mobile, which is where I'm posting from 99% of the time 🫤

However, as I said to Hadouken, Im playing Async Battlestar Galactica there, on Mobile, and its now really optimized, is not bugged, or the display is not weird, its functioning quite well, compared to some years ago :-P.

But we will try later, we can now do a simple Base Game! 🙂

We can discuss the draft. So, one player wants to play Jol-Nar as he hasn't pakyed them ever. We can do a draft, and set that player as "first pick" to pick Jol-Nar (would be a really good pick in any circunstance)

Lets see if everyone is here, and also if we agree on the speed:

I would like a standard game: awnser at least once a day, could be more, and if someone has some problems, or holidays or busy days, to advise them, so we ate not waiting in the unknown. Life always first, of course.

Is that a good speed for you all?

Bot milty draft doesn't know how to exclude pok, so you'll want to either hack that in yourself or use milty shenanigans. Also the bot doesn't have the non codex content loaded in

I don’t think we ever finalized the draft. I’m still hoping to rig it a bit so I spend first pick on Jol-Nar (the last faction I haven’t played), so maybe Milty is easiest? I’m flexible if anyone has a favorite other option, though.

Milty should be fine. We could use an old SCPT map and slice it up into a Milty? At least their prelims maps were generally symmetrical and would likely work well?
