TIGL is Twilight Imperium Global League. It’s a competitive league with an async ranking system. If all players agree to play a TIGL game, and at least one player is not ranked, the winner of that game gains the rank of Minister if they do not already have it. If you play a game where all players have at least the rank of MInister, the winner gains Agent, then commander, then Hero
