oh Sean's region is going to have juicy equidistants on both sides, Primor in the other one

Not a great setup for Empyren, all the empty space is on the other side of the board, tho they'll be an empty space route between the Emp & Ghosts HS

The other 'lots of planets' zone, though Emps & Titans seem like the most defensve factions out some hopefully it'll be peaceful cooperation between Eli & I
