sick of all this silly luck in TI? try this variant, where there is no RNG!
any time random chance would occur, you can instead pick whatever outcome you want
explores are always exactly what you want, speaker chooses which objectives are revealed, and you can draw any specific action card you want from the deck at any draw. also all combat rolls are hits (or misses if you'd like)
don't have full rules written for this yet but you get the idea
there will be some manual command faff as a warning
