I know channels are at a premium, but hear me out: what if we had a channel that automatically reported every time a game encountered Ixthian Artifact, and posted the outcome. That way we can all celebrate or commiserate the results. It could also include fatalities when the artifact blows up.
I suppose this could also just be a bot in one of the main channels, too.
Messages could be like "pbdXXX discovered an Ixthian Artifact, and learned it's secrets" or "pbdXXX discovered an Ixthian Artifact, and triggered a cataclysm that claimed 3 dreadnoughts and a space dock"

I finally encountered this legendary agenda this month in pbd826. BLT immediately went into Dad Mode and informed the table that no riders would be played and everyone was to vote For. I spent my blue tech skip to cast a meme vote Against, and then the dice rolled tech, and I had no way to acquire Gravity Drive and Carrier II. The table kindly allowed me to change my meme vote.
