Hm, is it possible you've been sitting on 3vp since this feature was enabled?

If you were at 3vp, feature enabled, and then scoring imp would have done a check, found 3 scored objectives (not incl. Imp) and unlocked

ah. you are right. this was my fourth point not my third. and it's been a very slow game so very possible I've been sitting there since it was enabled
