first of all, when you strum chords on the guitar the notes don't ring out at the exact same time so try moving them around a bit

make a little offset so that the lowest note rings first and the highest last

the delay shouldn't be really noticeable tho

also I feel like the notes in the chords are too close together

try moving some of them to different octaves
