After the last update. If I'm in the main menu and open the battle results window from a previous battle, most of the main menu interface disappears after closing it. This happens very consistently. If I'mlaunch the training course and exit it, everything returns to normal, so you can live with it, of course, but still.

Yes, that's right. If I complete the match in full, view the battle results, and then return to the main menu, this doesn't happen.

It happens too if u leave a match if u are boted out or quitt and you are in the hangar or Main screen when the round ends and the results are shown... When u go back to your hangar it is blank

Since u are on PC, please help us by running the utility using the information available in this link https://support.my.games/wrf_int/tech/4608 and after that, kindly create a ticket using this link https://support.my.games/wrf_int/tech/4608/newticket and the Support Team should be able to check the technical logs and figure out what went wrong here.
In case you find any difficulties in running the utility tool, please help by obtaining a clear screenshot and video showing the alpha numeric game / match id at the top portion of the screen and including the same in your support ticket. However, having the technical logs from the utility would really really help.
Please lemme know if u face any problems in creating the ticket

i have heard that going to the menu, then going to the training mode once and then exiting from there seems to solve this issue and I am hoping to test this for myself if i can encounter the bug

It usually happens after a matches stats are shown to you
Whether you lasted the whole game and didnt leave early or went back to hanger
But if you leave the game early because you lost your whole hanger and you stay there long enough for the game to finish and your match stats pop up it can happen then too
Which means it doesn’t happen when you leave a match it purely happens when your match stats are shown.
But it also doesn’t happen 100% of the time

At the moment, we don’t have a reliable way to reproduce the issue and confirm the fix. If you notice it occurring in a specific scenario, or if you’re able to share a video of it happening that would be greatly appreciated!

Each and the only time it happened to me is when I receive the score board while not being in a game ( because of leaving of a disconnection). Everytime I had been receiving the score board and opened it for the main menu it happened.
So I guess just leave a game 30 sec before the end and wait for the instance to finish when closing the scoreboard you should get the bug.

yes please wait for it to open automatically. it generally seems to do so. I had created a ticket maybe a couple of days back due to a ping issue and it worked fine for me. I'm on Windows 11 and a Steam user too.

i am not sure about that unfortunately, but i agree with your idea that ideally it should be cheaper on the website. It might be a valid assumption that perhaps the platforms had some clause so that players would choose to spend through them rather than directly from WRF so that the platforms could collect their intermediate fees? But this is total speculation on my part and i have no idea of any official reason for this.
