Before, I found that every time I deployed a robot, the pilot would say a line, but when I deployed the Titan, the sound that appeared was not the human voice, but the sound of the robot. I once thought that maybe it was not a person who drove the Titan, and the sticker description of this season seemed to confirm my guess.
In picture: Everyone has seen Titan, but no one dares to say that they have driven it. Who (or what) is these machines controlled by?

I'm not sure. To my knowledge, robots do have their own AI voices, etc.

WRF Takes place 200 years after the walking wars. If, during the walking wars, war robots have near sentiency, then the titans and robots could be sentient AI (Just a theory)
