I have my sound settings so that they are turned on and my microphone is on and it’s working. However, I am not able to communicate with other players and I do not hear other players. Did the comms get turned off? This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. I am using PlayStation 5.

there does not seem to be any possibility of the comms being reactivated in the near future
