#Both "Trigger Happy" and "Bloodlust" perks do not work on Punishers and gozers

I recently discovered this issue where punishes aren't boosted by rate of fire bonuses from pilots. Even when the Purple outline/visual appears on the punishers when getting the RoF bonuses, it still doesn't shoot any faster

For testing, the first clip is with Kate, who doesn't possess any RoF buffs. And the second clip is with Bullwork Liu, who has 2 perks that give an 11% RoF bonus combined.

P.S. the .02 second discrepancy isnt the buff coming into play, I believe a few shots from the punisher didn't hit/damage drop-off occured, resulting in a longer TTK in the first clip.

Extra P.S. all modules used are LVL 5

Question for the devs: Is this a bug or is this due to fire rate breakpoints associated with high rate of fire weapons compared to the server frame rate? Assuming the server frame rate is 30FPS, the fire rate would always be 2 frames per shot (always rounded up) even with the pilot buff, based on my calculation.

Also i just tested it with the gozers. The gozers dont inherit the RoF buffs either. So both punishers and gozers are unaffected by RoF buffs right now

After some testing, press the attack does affect it but there is no change with the 4% fire rate boost.

Yeah I just tested it aswell. So I think the "Trigger Happy" and "Blood lust" perks are bugged. Imma rename the bug report

4% fire rate not affecting it but 20% affecting it suggests that Genki's theory about fps might actually be right

5 punisher used against phantom torso in test range

fyi to everyone (note the punisher TTK 30 FPS vs 280 FPS)

Im curious if this could be fixed. Im not a coder, so im unsure if they FPS could be changed at all

From a PC perspective I had to turn off vsync to get the higher FPS (although I realize you are console)

@charred tusk may I post a breakpoint calculator link

The odd part is that its affecting fire rate yield

#

Im not sure about the breakpoints part of the theory though, I get that its because of fps, but it seems like it has a lot of assumptions

I tested 0% and 4% fire rate on punishers at 60 FPS and it resulted in the same TTK
