Were the alpha missles silently nerfed?

I'm asking because I got into a disagreement with someone about it last night. They just fixed the bug with the armor damage a few weeks back after I managed to report it. I haven't noticed a difference in the damage at all since the update.

I’ve been using the alpha since it got discounted for intel last time and have not felt any difference at all.

I dont see any scientific evidence of this, but its possible they changed how it worked on the server side

Its still super frustrating to play against and has a lot of randomness to it

So you may just be getting lucky against them
