Teleportation interactions

How talants like well timed and seidge tower interact with teleportation.

For example if you've activated sidge tower and teleport using translocator, blink or warp armor would the buff be active to the new position?

I checked with Fury Vega for Siege Tower and Ruin for Well Timed in the testing range. Well Timed seems to work with all three but Siege Tower doesn’t seem to work with the phantom core gear, while working with blink and warp armour.

It think is due to how phantom's translocator physically destoyes the robot than re asembles it meaning that it temporarily loses all sheild when using its ability
