figured if i mix locust with incinerator it should be pretty high

When it comes to incinerators their burn scales off the amount of incins so having one makes it significantly worse

Is better if you build a Ceres with 4 Locust, those work a little bit better
Change the Cyclops Shoulder for a Ravanna one, instead of the Incenerator put another Locust.
If you do that, you can even put a Nanite Repair on the robot
So you got even more heal for yourself
When you use 1 Incenerator the DoT is pretty low.
2 Incenerator are just fine, and 3 are really really good
You can try a 5 Locust robot tho, but those are pretty weak and squishy

3 Incenerator have Higher DoT in general
Locust depends on Ricochet to get higher DPS
But since your pilot don't have Ricochet, i recommend what Kiros said and try a stock Purifier
If you have it, put it a Iron Veil
Also with Incenerator is waaay easier to take out the shields by your own
