It’s just a pricing feature with how the rarities are priced. Common torsos are priced lowest, uncommon torsos have a medium price while rare torsos have the highest price as u can see.

It is cheaper to craft them when we unlock the blue prints for them
Therefore the item is a premium acquisition when we do not have the blue prints for them.
