There's this bug going on, it sometimes happens but the bug is when I use my torso ability it says that it's been activated but the ability itself doesn't activate unless I click it again.
I'm hoping this gets fixed because it's getting quite annoying.

I've mostly seen it happen with the Ares torso and I'll also try my best to get a video of it

Perhaps its due to lag.
Ive havent had the best experience on the europe servers.
