there is nothing wrong here. looking at the armor dmg:

you, the PC player, are dealing 1520 dmg per shot with your x4 lvl 13 gozers (380x4=1520).

the xbox player is actually dealing 1488 armor dmg per shot with his x4 lvl 9 gozers (372x4=1488).

even in your screenshots, it shows 1520 armor dmg per dmg tick in the PC screenshot, and 1488 dmg per dmg tick in the XBOX screenshot, so it is correct.

I'm not sure where in the video you got the 2056/2656 dmg, but the xbox player was also using many of his abilities at the same time, and the dmg from the ghost turret and ares wrath's built-in-weapons may have combined with his weapon dmg to jumble up a lot of the dmg ticks together. (enemies could also have damage resistance abilities or damage resistance passive pilot talents)

additionally, there may be times where XBOX just can't refresh frame rates as fast as some PC because PC master race, so you might see XBOX players seeing damages being combined to produce something like 2976 dmg ticks (which would be 1488x2 or two hits combined into one dmg tick). like this one I included in screenshots.

I kindly ask you to watch these videos that I marked and observe when he enters the match and without any equipment activated (not even ghost turret and air ability (shield) only with the 4x gozer in action, the damage caused to shields, is exactly that in comparison to the video that I made of my gameplay and because it is level 13 4x gozer with the same settings I cannot cause this damage, and that logically I should be causing greater damage because I have the most leveled gozer (Level 13 Pc) against (level 09 Xbox)

I kindly ask you to look more calmly, as I and many people, including those on the XBOX platform, have been observing this greater damage caused by the gozer and that makes the matches unfeasible to compete with this Superior damage.

oh yes, so this is shield damage.

for level 9 gozers shield damage, its 332 per gozer x4, which would mean 332x4 = 1328 per shot hit. if you look at the bottom right, you can actually see the 1328 dmg tick. now for xbox, their FPS modulates and so sometimes the "displayed damage ticks" have to get combined. 1328x2= 2656. that is what you're seeing here.

their frames are refreshing so slow compared to how fast gozers hit that their damage ticks sometimes have to overlapping/combining to catch up with the FPS, but they aren't actually doing more damage

Explain to me why on the PC platform the damage is stuck at 1715 and on the XBOX platform the damage alternates between 1715 and 3430? Being the same configuration? @lapis kiln

I'm showing this difference in damage because when we face opponents whose platform is XBOX and with the destroyer (gozer) the robots are melted very easily and it was through this that I went after to find out why this is happening. xbox cannot display damage ticks as fast as pc.

watch how fast xbox damage ticks are showing, and how fast pc damage ticks are showing.

because xbox show damage ticks slower, sometimes 2 hits of gozers per damage tick are shown instead of 1 hit of gozers per damage tick. the gozers are shooting faster than the xbox can display its dmg ticks, so it needs to combine 2 hits sometimes

if xbox was actually doing double damage sometimes, shouldn't the TTK (time to kill) in the video be a lot faster for xbox?

You can even put the time of Titan Alpha's death in question, but it doesn't change the fact that the damage is multiplied and very clear on the screen. The error is there.

The team has checked your report and found no issues with the damage inconsistency. However, there might indeed be some inconsistency with damage ticks displaying differently on certain platforms or depending on graphics settings, as Fishstickers suggested. I'll pass this on as feedback and see if it can be improved or if there are technical limitations.

Hello Melissa... thank you for your feedback and support on this issue... the issue with all this is how easy it is for an opponent to eliminate you. So I decided to look into this further because many people are complaining about the high damage of gozers. It was during a live stream my friend was doing on Twitch that I noticed the amount of damage. My level 13 gozers couldn't reach that level compared to level 9. I'm basing this on the numbers, which were my exact test that made me come here and report it to the support team. I honestly don't know what it could be, but here's my record of how easy it is for an opponent to be eliminated with them. In any case, I'm grateful.
