Good evening, my friends and I are playing on the MyGames platform. When we try to form a group, we get the error "the squad does not exist."

#

This also occurs when trying to join players playing on the Steam platform.

Hi there! Would you mind contacting our Support team and including the following information in your ticket?

I am MGL player, and I noticed that this only happens between MGL players if there is another MGL in the crew, I would also get this error code when trying to join their crew. Or if another MGL player tried joining my crew, they would get the error.

We are waiting for a solution, the problem persists

Just this morning I saw that I was logged out of my MGL application, which is the first time in a while that's happened

#

However logging in and out of MGL doesn't seem to fix anything either, as I still have the same issue

#

Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Me and another player on my.games launcher are still having issues. Hopefully a fix will be out next week

#

Since I'm still experiencing it should I send diagnostic data?

there's a work around at the moment if you want to play with another MGL player that works for now, and it must be coordinated with the current leader of crew:

  1. first MGL player already in crew
  2. second MGL player joins crew, leader passes leader role to second MGL player that just joined immediately before they fully connect (usually about 5 seconds)
  3. everyone must ready up and leader must start game within about 10-15 seconds afterwards or second MGL player will still eventually disconnect.
  4. after this initial game, both MGL players can stay in the same crew with no time limit

this is the same work around for the previous same platform to same platform sync bug with other platforms
