I remember your thread about bots behaving differently depending on whether a player has a Premium account. That was reported to the team, and after checking, we found no evidence to support that theory.
There are indeed some known issues with bot behavior. These may be caused by problems with the navmesh, and we've received similar reports of bots getting stuck in certain locations.
If you manage to capture any screenshots or clips showing bots getting stuck or acting unusually, that would be a big help to us.

they have specifically tested the interaction of premium with bot behaviour and found no correlation as confirmed by Melissa twice to u now.

It is very difficult to Fine-tune AI to player's likings. It's difficult to Fine-Tune AI to perform to people's wants and needs. There will be issues, and that's just how AI is
