I have been using this reliable penta gozer build since launch and it still remains my favorite to this day. I still use it despite all the rebalances and changes in meta since then.
It is definitely not a damage farmer and it can be fragile, but it's very agile and can provide your team with very tactful support with its cold snap freeze or flashbang. Willow Flynn is the perfect pilot for this specific build because she helps with reload speed, increases special weapon damage by 4%, reduces cooldowns by 20% each assist (which you'll get alot of with gozers), and her Field Repairs works with both cold snap and flashbang for self healing.
