Out of the group of players who i usually play with in a crew there is one player who doesn't have an option to invite to crew. When you click on his name there are only options to remove friend, report or block. No one else in my friend circle can invite him either although he can invite us.
Note: He is the only one who is using My Games and not Steam. Don't know if this means anything but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Have the same with one dude from my player list but he is on ps.
Same day we could play in the same match, he inv me and I couldnt join and then I wanted to inv him but its says Crossplay is currently disabled, its still and we both have crossplay in
