Just as in the shown picture. I only grabbed the last talent box as a placeholder, but you get the idea. It'd be nice to see each talent without having to install an inspect the talents for each pilot.

Agreed. The symbols are almost meaningless, since they can correspond with several extremely different abilities. The symbols either need to be unique, or the skill names need to be more easily accessible. Trying to look through your pilots when selecting one for a mech is always extremely clumsy.
