Avenger Drone: cycle gear class module designed for assault class or glass cannon builds, designed for weakening a single target for a short period of time. (stats will be written down as level 1 and 13 respectively)

Description: Deploy Avenger Drone to mark the targeted enemy for death. Death marked enemies will take 25/38% more damage and move 15/24% slower for 6/9.5 seconds.
Cooldown: 40/28 seconds
Charge: 500/400
Mark will be applied by a deployed drone that takes some time to reach the Target (can be avoided by hiding behind terrain and waiting out, the drone will be disabled and fly off after 3 seconds of not reaching its target.)
Deployed drone has a fixed speed of 240km/h. Drone maximum range is 250meters.

Might delete the part about "Dealing less damage" don't wanna cripple the, just make them slightly fragile

Imo it's pretty bad

Its more than the homing missile (wich take forever to get)

It means you need to do like 7-8 kills or 6-7 capture to get it, to "debuff" someone for 8 miserable seconds ?

If it's designated to "Mark for death" someone give thing like that

Marked ennemy will take 20/30% more damage, deal 7/12% less damage (delete that imo) and move 15/20% slower
Cd is good imo (Edit : 0 cycle gear have a CD, so why it should have one ?)

Maybe lower the charge but divided the debuff by 2 for titans (its way too easy to kill them like that)
