i dont know , what is the problem always this happening. my ping is 20 ,30 my wifi it the best but this bug is annoying . please do somthing about it !!!

This happens to me too. Sometimes it is just just certain players in a match, while any bots that happen to be in the match, take damage just fine.
They've said they are working on it, but it seems like an issue that has been there a while.
When it happens, it makes the game unplayable.

It's happened to me too, sometimes my weapons don't do damage, but it's really rare. I don't have any footage at the moment.

Same for me, I don’t have a clip of it but I shot trebuchets 2 times and both did not register the hit

I see this fairly often with gozers. The beam will be right on them, the little impact VFX will be playing where the beams are hitting them, and just... Nothing will happen, or there will only be very occasional damage ticks instead of the continuous hit it should be. My ping is usually 10 in most matches, with some being at 40. Definitely seems be worse in the 40 ping lobbies, but I do still see it sometimes at 10 ping too. Even 40 is pretty good ping, so I did know what is going on with that.
