You need to go into your acoount and transfer the items to the game

The website says I have not played the game. I've been playing since the release of the beta.

I guess my ID changed so I had to do a bit of digging. Thankfully one of my recent notifications allowed me to sing in through the game and now I have to wait 24 hours for the code to process and transfer the items to my inventory.
