For some odd reason, the decal Tesla Wings does not appear on the robot. Know what might be causing this?

My gpu is a AMD Radeon 7800, my monitor is a sceptre 24'' 165Hz 144Hz full HD monitor, and most of my settings are either on high or epic
I was also told that some decals were buggy atm in the general chat WAY earlier today

I am having the same problem with Foo Dog decal and Attention sticker i used before i had to reinstall my pc and game.
The decal does not show up at all the sticker only shows for a brief second when i click it... but then dissapears.

I used the same decal and sticker on every bot before i reinstalled my pc and the game 2 days ago. Repartitioned the SSD so it cant be a cache problem on my side. But thats also when this problem started. Maybe there is a server side cache that can and need to be cleared?
Tried different bot, paint whatever. Decal and sticker say installed but don't show anymore.

Dont ask me how... but i just tried to use sticker and decal again and they both working again.

Same bug again, could it have something to do with using same custom wrap with same decal/stickers on multiple bots/titans?
Just a wild guess though maybe it was just a coincidence, just applied the custom wrap i am using on all my bots to alpha and noticed decal and stickers gone again... (says installed but dont show).
