No credit where credit is due

As I would progress through a particular "job" it would show each time I got each part in each job done; so for example, if it said, "kill ten robots" and I got 4. it would not show 4 but 1 or something like that. Also, when I have accomplished certain "jobs" in their entirety and was supposed to get 10 or 70 blue credits I did not. Has anyone else experienced this?
