#Spawn protection and increased damage

If a team plays in their spawn they get rewarded for it with the spawn protection and the increased damage. Obviously this is a team problem cause I'm constantly reminding my own team not to push too hard as we will be punished. But at the same time if a team is artillery and sniper focused they should get punished for close encounters.

For example if a team is playing around their spawn and they finally get pushed it's very easy to disrupt the push with a respawning flamethrower.

I'd love to hear everyone thoughts about this 😎

Spawn protection shouldn't just be time based, it should be location/time based

The issue is not spawn protection itselfe the issue is that in some gamemodes you simply have too much to gain by sitting in spawn
In Beacon Rush Spawn protection rerely matters since the objective is getting beacons
But in Team Deathmatch you simply gain way too much by just sitting in spawn

My issue with spawn protection is that it lasts for 10 seconds which gives you enough time to rush mid with a flamer and get a 2x damage buff and do lots of damage while invulnerable

Yep I think the spawn protection is strong enough by itself

It really doesn't help when some of the spawns are so close to the middle that they can still have spawn protection like that
