Let's say that you are busy today or for a week or for months due to school, college or heavy work schedules but you dont really want to miss out on your game progression because you cant play at all or enough in order to complete all your missions.
Since we call this game pay to progress (P2P) and not pay to win (P2W) and intel is the rarest of the upgrading currencies and its hard to get, my suggestion is an in-game mechanic that will count how many daily + weekly jobs you didn't complete and the next day or the next time you connect there could be a special section somewhere in shop where you can buy your missied intel (lets call it as bank).
This system will take into account the time after game release when your account was created.
My suggestion is 10
= 1$. A fair pricing for both game and players. (you can do the math)
premium daily jobs 5 ( 10
) x 1 = 5$
premium weekly job 3 ( 70
) x 7 = 21$
daily jobs 3 ( 10
) x 1 = 3$
weekly job 2 ( 70
) x 2 = 14$
This way people can benefit more from buying premium while at the same time game benefits as well.
For example, i didn't play the game the first 3 weeks due to heavy work schedule but i dont want to miss out on my progress while i can afford and want to spend my money on this game because i enjoy my time playing it. (quick math time)
I have premium so: (quick math time)
weekly: 3 weeks x 21$ = 63$
daily: 21 days x 5$ = 105$
Total: 105$ + 63$ = 168$

I believe this way noone gets an advantage over another.
Edit: New idea
Keep mission in bank for a specific time frame in order to buy missions back and complete them if you missed missions. (buying with money or in game currency)
