Match making kinda sucks

I once played a match in which one of my teammates had only 1 robot

Needless to say, we lost

since the update, the match making isn't all right mainly because the players skills and levels isn't properly evaluated I tend to win most of my matches when playing in a group and to loose a majority when in solo queue.
Whats more since the update you don't even win point if you're first of the loosing team so I keep sinking even though I am not the best player and just in emerald league.

When I solo queued yesterday it felt like half my matches were against people that were diamond and higher

I've been queueing with other people and I've had more or less the same issue

Hey to be fair I'd rather be matched with real players all day everyday then getting nothing but back to back bots like I feel bad that we ran into you like that and hey it happened me when I first started playing at the end of the day you win some you lose some just keep it pushing and try to have fun while you play listen to some music make some jokes with your friends and keep going till you get good

Yeah the probleme is that we mtch with norchium team full stacked up and playing together and if you loose you have no other option than to lose point so you can't go up, then if full stacked up norchium team want to play together that is fine but put them against equivalent teams aof full stacked up norchium teams.
I have been steamrolled at least 3-4 times this morning because the tend to assume that emerald can balance out norchium when it is clearly not the case.
And I solo queue quite a lot if you don't want people solo queueing then don't make it available or make the team just play against one an other then you'll see you don't have enough player to just play teams so we need to make the game fun to play solo queue

Yea I'd prefer playing against bots rather than getting abused by a full stack of noachium players

Getting murdered by top 100 players every match and being unable to do anything because my gear is bad is just annoying

And now you even get people that straight out leave at the beginning of the match up because it is no fun so it gets even worse for the others you @gaunt siren you guys really need to find a way to balance the game so if you can not fight just a crushingly superior team please

That’s when you turn cross play off… and that group you fought, well they:

eat , sleep, drink, sh—, p-ss, dream, text , call, video call, stream , WRF bed sheets , and dare I say “ adult content” this game ..

Which, it should be taken as a compliment as to how good they are… they may or may not see it that way though…. They’ll cheat themselves and selling themselves short by saying “ we just like the game “

It’s not so much as good , but they got plenty of upgraded mechs.. maybe not maxed out but I’m almost certain atleast 1 is and the second just over the horizon.

For example when I first came across them, my mech was lvl 4 maybe 5 at the most… and that was 1 in my hanger, the rest were lvl 2 if that lol.

I think at a certain rank, it'll be important to limit party sizes. The ease of playing in a stack, is more what the heart of the issue is. Given ranks should have given set sizes of persons, rather then allow for entire squads to take place.

This helps spread skilled groups out further once they reach a certain rank. @gaunt siren

In many MMR based systems (Which isn't what we have) they have group limits that fall into place as player skill increases. While it's not always perfect and limiting friend sizes can hurt, ontop of potentially causing people to make alts. It will help with people desiring to over stack for easy games.

I realize people love winning, but sometimes winning with out any contest is equally lame.

Solution:
No Squad Limits up to gold:
4 Squad limits Plat-Emerald
3 Squad Limit Diamond/Noachium

Or perhaps , if they stick with stacked teams, they can only join games that the opponents are also stacked..

I think maybe if you have 3 or more players in a group then the above mentioned should happen. Solo or duo, leave as is.

I know LoL does this method, games take a bit longer to Que up but you do get in them.

The only issue I see with any method at the moment is purely player base. It took a massive hit, and we are in its recovery phase at the moment.

Same here, even though they've apparently changed how it works, I've been in matches like this too many times to count now, and it feels like a massive low blow when you get absolutely steamrolled by people who are clearly way higher ranked than the entirety of your team in said moment
