So I already signed up my account and I didn't get the 10k credits, Joshua Smith pilot, and the Vortex weapon.

Can someone help?

Good luck my guy. The only way to get it sorted is to send in a ticket to support. Unfortunately support are less than helpful to say the least it's been 9 days since I sent my first ticket and still nothing.

So did I, and I never got them. I filed a support ticket but never heard back as well. I'll try and follow up with the devs about this

Oh I heard back from them. I didn't get that or the messenger rewards but they closed my ticket telling I had gotten both already. I managed to get the messenger code from a cm but any attempt at communicating with them gets me a " sorry it shows you've gotten that reward already" even though they were clearly wrong the first time and I know for a fact I haven't gotten the vortex rocket at the very least.

They apparently have no way to tell how you got an item so if have a vortex rocket through crafting or buying in the shop they're going to say you got them already. Love the game but support is a literal nightmare. If it was only one person with this issue I'd understand but when loads of people are having the same issue you'd think they believe them.
