Oooh I see, thanks @serene totem for pointing me in the right direction! This is a question for impact points for support players, correct?
This is a great question! @rapid cargo was explaining today that we are looking into tweaking the way impact points are calculated.
I cannot give more details as this is still in the design stage at this point, but we will open up a PTS in the future to allow players to test the tweaks we will be implementing on that front. 🙂

I wanted to ask if there could be support points added for impact
Something like 100k healing = 5 points(tyr), 2 points for a shield break, 5 points for every 50k damage mitigated (lancelot and ravana), for ever 30k extra damage from bonus 5 points (purifier)
There's a lot of support torso abilities that greatly help a team but get no credit on the after action report

Okay and I gave some potential numbers if they want to adjust the amounts I feel like all the above cabins aren't being used as much simply because it doesn't help you progress to buff your team
