Incinerator is bugged, and without focus fire siren seems to be kinda janky, I don't seem to kill much

I feel your method is a bit biased. Some weapons that shouldn't be good stats wise are ranked high just cause they are used a lot.

• Thunder have really bad weight load, low shield dmg, and unstable range. 2x cant do much dmg to enemy with shields , rather 3x cant catch up them
• Well, I admit the "Dmg" axis is a bit imprecise. From the long-term dps, gozer can be really good, while halo not any time can do that crazy damage
• There not much trebs sniper team those day, but if you any encountered one time, you will know why treb can reach thats place rather zeus cant

Thunder may not be to your liking, but it's a weapon that hit like a truck, that need to be combined with other weapon to work at it's peak. The
weight ? Not that bad: it's 3 energy remember ?
It's range ? Very reliable under 100m .. woops that's better than lighter and scourge, as much as Incinerator (which is so annoying to hit due to travel time). So I find your statement Incorrect/incomplete.

Gozer offer some correct damage at best. But let's be fair, it's there cause you wanted it to be T1.
Halo offer wayyyy more suppressive power : it is really good at breaking shield, event at 200-300m and it does fine damage in mid range, just ... Well suppressive power... Which is your criteria....

I have seen some treb teams, yes it is a pain, but everything x6 is a pain. You have 4 coordinated enemy rushing you in halo. You ain't gonna survive. Saying it deserve such a rank just "cause teams of 6 make it work" feels like it shouldn't be the reason it's up there.
All that considered, I still think treb is easy to play and over perform on that matter, but having it as #1 weapon damage wise and top 10 in "utility" when it's 1 shot with high cd : it's clearly an overstatement so you can say : it's an over performing weapon. You aren't rating weapon on the stats you propose on the axis: purely on how played and effective it is considering the skill it requires=> literally your y and x axis.

And I could criticize many of your choices. (Dragoon for example)

Thunder may have phenomenal armor damage but remember there are 2 type of damage and thunder low shield damage + horrible fire rate is what make it so low in damage axis

I'm sorry, but for as much as i love Thunders, they're not that good. The spread is atrocious, if you're not aiming at the center of mass, some pellets can miss even at 50 meters. Also as others said the weight requirement is immense, coupled with the fact that anything less than 3 Thunders,struggles against shields, doesn't make it avery reliable/convenient weapon overall(especially in this Ares shoulders meta).
