Nerf Kate

Kate's Rank 5 talent is super annoying and unfair. Giving her a slightly less good version of Counter every time a bot loses their shield is insane. It basically prevents you from engaging in close-range combat with any Kate-piloted bot. Nerfing the amount of time the Kate counter is active would be nice, maybe only like 1-2 sec duration.

You also have to remember Kate also has a 10% damage resistance when your armour is weak making you even harder to kill
