When levelling the torso your ability does no damage but when its on level 1 its fine it does the regular 30k damage.

What is the level of the torso you are using? Or if you can provide me with a clip

The more you upgrade the lower it gets I think, but lvl 1 does over 30k dmg, which I love

It’s supposed to do damage?! I had it at lvl 4 before the big weight/energy rebalance so I thought it did basically no dmg on purpose! Only does 60 dmg for me

I’ve been playing with a handicap this whole time. Being able to 1-tap shields would make that 5x punisher build insane.
