The upgrades should make small changes.

🤷♂️ Intel is a currency that can be acheieved from quests. Not real money.

i know that. but as i was stating previously, veteran players has a huge advantage over new players. and for them to be on equal footing it would take like 2 to 3 months. and even then u may not have the best weapons of the game.

Well, this isn't all that the game has. So, yea. I understand the concern but, it should be fixed in the future.
