i've been tryin to at least be consistent going on brisk walks for >2 mi and workin up the motivation/courage to go back to the gym to lift.
i got 3 of my homies weddings coming up and i wanna look noice for myself
you got this!
You got this nikki
Let’s go nikki! Go go go!
lets goo

I think I'm going to start posting about my workouts here. I was wondering if I should use this or create my own forum to post in, but I decided that I'll just use this one
Today I did some stretches and did some stationary biking and some workouts with weights (idk what the exercises would be called). I started trying to build a routine to exercise about a month ago but I sort of quickly fell out of it, and I want to get started again so here I am
How are yall doin btw
I think it’s okay to post here. Gotta flex the grind 💪

Ok so here is my very basic info about myself.
Height: 5'7 or 170cm (if the math is right)
Weight: 262 Pounds or 118.84kg (if I did the math correctly)
Looks: Absolutely awful and borderline grotesque.
Welp, I guess this is where I start
I also took some "before" pics, but I obviously won't be sharing them here (or atleast anytime soon)
let's GOOOO arnie!
For me, I upped my daily step count from 8k to 10k (like wondad :3 ) it's been hard since to be consistent, but at least I'm getting outside more than once a day andddd I actually worked up the courage to go to the gym a couple times a week 🙃 imma start posting here too on occasion!
letsgoooo
I did 30 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of backwards biking on my exercise bike
Just did 30 minutes of backwards cycling and 10 jumping jacks
I learned I can't do more than 10 because my fat jiggles so much it hurts
I also need to buy a Headband because my forehead sweats too much, thats about it
reached my daily step goal
then finished the day with a smol arm workout with dumbbells while watching strum
nicee 😄
Tomorrow im going to start walking more again! I haven't walked regularly ever since I was in a crash back in March that made my knee hit the glovebox at high speed
My knee still doesn't feel like 100% but I think its because of my eating habits and lack of daily exercise, so tomorrow I'll try and record how much I walk
Today is a rest day
lest goo!!
Okie I walked 5km and then did 20 minutes of backwards cycling. I was going to bike more, but the bottom of my left knee started to feel weird so I stopped early. The way I track how much I walk is by using pokemon go
so its probably not accurate but its close enough. Tomorrow im planning on walking alot more.
Thats about it
Ok I probably need to stop saying what I want to do the next day
Today I had a surprise trip to my brother's workplace (To see where my hopefully future job would take place and what it entails) and it was night time by the time I got back so I didn't walk. I then tried to bike, but my knee started to act up so I couldn't do that. Its very late and I just want to rest, so another unexpected rest day I will have
. Tomorrow I will....... do something
||Hopefully||
Lets goooo
10 min of Cycling.
Start of routine: Monday, chest and shoulders
3 sets of 12:
1: Chest press double arms.
2: Chest press left and right arm
3: Chest press flys
I used my resistance bands for these. There are more exercises I plan on adding next week for chest and shoulders that I was going to do today but I got really tired after the chest flys
. Tomorrow I will be more prepared
shoulder-tricep day today. Managed to up some weights because I decided to alter between shoulder and tricep exercises instead of finishing shoulders then hit triceps
No idea if that’s a good idea tbh, but it makes sense in my brain
Hey guys I am getting back into running
what is your stretch routine before and after
I'll have to look up the names of the stretches I do
will report later or tomorrow. im not a runner tho
30 min of Cycling
Tuesday routine: Back and Obliques, resistance bands
2 sets of 12
1: Lat Pull Downs
2: One Arm Lat Pull (both arms)
3: Bent Over Rows
4: 3 sets of 12, Standing Rows
5: Good Mornings
6: Overhead Side Bent (both sides)
7: Seated Torso Rotations
8: Wood Choppers
Physically I feel like I can do more than what I did, but I wanted to get the feel and positioning correct for the exercises since this is my first time doing them. Lets see what happens tomorrow
im starting to go to the gym again after... almost two years of pausing?
its definitely weird, having to research all the correct movements again and starting with like 50% of my peak weights but i hope ill turn from being a beanstalk to being a slightly buff beanstalk
also going for a 15 min run before and after a gym session feels really nice
gotta get that warmup and cooldown in
Glad you're getting back into the gym grind
LETSGOOO WENDYYYY
making progress 💪
pushup one day 🙏
Ok today was originally going to be leg day, but I almost pulled a muscle and it scared me a bit so today I will rest, my shoulders are still sore from monday also. I still want to make today productive tho, so I'm currently looking up some stretches to try, my legs definitely need it.
😅 ive been on vacation the past week hehehe and feelin a lil under the weather today but i took a 2 mi brisk walk🚶♀️ and did some dumbbell stuff at home
You should def stretch before and after any leg exercise
I do
I'm just trying to find more stretches to do that cover more areas of my legs
Also pls turn off the @ when replying to me 👍
Oh btw I decided today is a rest day also. My stomach was in absolute pain for a decent part of the day
back+bicep today, idk why but my volume got lower on all exercises
yesterday i did upper body workout with chest, bi and triceps and lat
i probably should split that up in two seperate workouts
so far im doing upper body, core and leg day workouts
im thinking of restructuring into chest + biceps; shoulders, tri and lat; legs + core
sounds good
hopefully
upper body day just feels too filled otherwise, i want to do more exercises per muscle group
nice
Friday routine: Core and Abs, resistance bands
3 sets of 12
1: Overhead Crunches
2: Kneeling Crunches
3: Bicycles
4: Torso Rotations
Bit of a shorter day, but I'm feeling this workout! Im currently thinking of extra things to add to my routine, since I've only been using resistance bands so far. I have weights and a bar to work with (no bench unfortunately). Tomorrow and Sunday are supposed to be rest days, but I'll try and either walk or bike for about an hour both days to keep myself in rhythm
OH BTW
I FOUND OUT I CAN DO A PUSH UP TODAY! ......I can only do one, and my form isn't perfect, but I'm actually surprised I was able to do one since I'm very overweight. I felt a little better about myself when I did it lol.
I've never tried to actually complete a push up before, I always try and then 2 seconds in im like "yeah this isn't gonna happen" but I stuck with it today

lesgoooooo arnie!
im still not feelin 100% but i did get some steps in and walked 3 mi today
alsoooo i signed up to run a 5k in january
hoping i can run the whole thing w/o walking come race dayyyy
Oooooo a 5k!
Goodluck on the training for it!
yea, that's why people switch to pull, push, and legs +core (what you're doing now basically) once they get more used to doing upper and lower consistently
Rest day today
Y'all are doing great. Ya got this~ 📣
Another rest day
Tomorrow I do things
Short day
20 Min of Cycling
Monday: Chest and Shoulders
2 sets of 12
1: Chest Press double arms
3 sets of 12
2: Chest Press Left and Right Arms
3: Chest Press Flys
Im still having trouble with chest exercises
I feel like im just exercising my arms/shoulders and not my chest. I can't tell if I'm doing them wrong or if my chest muscles are so weak that my body resorts to using different muscles to be able to do the exercise
I feel that, especially with bench press (it feels like im only working my triceps). I’ve also been doing my back exercises wrong for months (worked my biceps instead of my back)
I’m just gonna continue bench presses and try to do it the right way until it clicks like how it did with me and seated rows, and do other exercises that focuses on the chest (i love cable crossovers)
I think I have to just look up as many exercises as I can and just see if any of them feel good, although I have limited options since I workout from home.
ah interesting, good to know
with bench press, your grip determines how much you work your pecs vs your triceps, the closer the grip the more it focuses on the triceps
i think shoulder width + half a hands with is best for chest

i think it’s also good practice to record yourself while doing the exercise, to see your form yourself, especially if you are working out alone
Tuesday routine: Back and Obliques, resistance bands
3 sets of 12
1: Lat Pull Downs
2: One Arm Lat Pull (both arms)
3: Bent Over Rows
4: Standing Rows
5: Good Mornings
6: Overhead Side Bent (both sides)
7: Seated Torso Rotations
8: Wood Choppers
I used a stronger band for these, but I think I can up the pounds a bit more
Tomorrow is leg day and the only thing I added to my very basic stretches is to foam roll my outer thighs, since that was where the pain was last week. I hope to complete tomorrow's routine 🦵
omg why does the joint of my big toe hurt
I hope it goes away tomorrow
rest well
ngl these past 2 days were mentally draining. Today is another rest day
still feelin under the weather so more rest for me as well. i better get some abs from all the coughing
Thursday Routine: Arms, resistance bands
3 sets of 12
1: Skull Crushers
2: Overhead Triceps Extensions
3: Standing Triceps Extensions
4: Biceps ISO Curls (1 min)
5: Crucifix One Arm Curls
Friday Routine: Core and Abs, resistance bands
3 sets of 12
1: Overhead Crunches
2: Kneeling Crunches
3: Bicycles
4: Torso Rotations
I decided to do Thursdays routine along with my Friday routine, mainly because I felt bad for having two rest days during the week. The weekend will probably be rest days also, but we'll see
Walked a small 3k today
did 4 rest days since im very lazy work, did legs and core on friday and chest and biceps day today
tried to go for 4x12 with no weights on the first set for everything
leg core:
squats
leg extensions
hamstring curls
calf raises
crunches
seated machine crunches
back extensions
side bends
chest biceps:
bench press
biceps curls
incline dumbbell bench press
crossbody hammer curls (dont like this too much, i think ill swap this with concentration curls)
bench fly
preacher curl
not too satisfied with chest biceps plan, might change stuff there
Rest day
TIL that the leg press machine has 4 bars where you can attach weights onto. I have no idea how much extra weight have I been pressing (probably 0-5 kg tbh)
Also, for some reason I thought today was a shoulder day, I was so happy when I realized it was leg day
So um......rest day
I'LL GET BACK TO THINGS TOMORROW

Very short day: Back and Obliques.
3 sets of 12
1: Lat pull downs
2: One arm lat pulls
3: Bent over rows
4: Standing rows
My Abs/ stomach are having random sharp pains and I tried to workout anyways, but realized halfway through my routine that it wasn't a good decision. Even though I wasn't working out my abs, I need to use them to an extent for balance, which made the pain worse. I feel bad for skipping yesterday and not completing today, but if the pain goes away tomorrow, I'll try and make up for yesterday and today
Shoulder and tricep day today, but I gave up on my last exercise's last set
But I just tried to support myself on my chair with my arms like what I always do and my arms gave out, so I guess I did work my muscles to failure (or at least hard enough)
Wednesday: Miscellaneous
2 sets of 12
1: Squats
2: Narrow Squats
3: Dead Lifts
4: Glutes
5: Good Mornings
6: Overhead Side Bents
7: Chest Press (Dumbbells)
I'm frustrated, thats about it for today
I suggest looking into creatine (a supplement) to help alleviate delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It’s probably one of the most well-researched supplements out there, so there’s a lot of literature about it. Though, it might also be best to check with your doctor, if you are uncertain about it.
Routine: Arms
Until failure
1: Skull Crushers
2: Overhead Tricep Extensions
3: Standing Tricep Extensions
4: Tricep Kickbacks
5: Bicep ISO Curls (Until Failure)
6: Crucifix One Arms

Walked 5.5k today
finally feeling okay enough and not coughing out my lungs every few min
kinda feeling like im starting again from square one cardio-wise, but its fine. ill work my way back up surely
-30 min brisk walk on treadmill
-bicep curls
-overhead tricep extensions
-overhead presses
-bent over rows
-5 min shadowboxing
Im sure you'll make back your progress
Hope you feel better soon
thanks arnie!
coughs are annoying and take 5ever for me to get rid of. bleh
I’ve been wanting to start going to the gym and losing some weight, but my biggest fear is being there and not knowing what to work on, so does anyone have any suggestions on what I should start trying apart from cardio?
A disclaimer, in no way I am a pro at this. Everything I write here are based on my experiences. If your gym has any machines, I say start with those and familiarize yourself with the movements. Dumbbells as well. Start low and watch your form. There are tons of workout guides for beginners online. You can strictly follow them or modify them, depending on what you need/what you can do/equipment availability. I learned that it's best to stick to your workout routine for eight weeks before changing them. Just increase the intensity every week (more sets/more reps).
You also need to take into account your diet when you want to lose diet. Toast touched on this briefly in one of his vids to give you some idea. There are a handful of YouTubers to check out as well, though be a bit discerning and check several YTers. Crosscheck info.
One last thing, before I forget, realize that not all bodies are created equal. We differ in proportion (leg to body ratio), bone structure, and so on. Try to figure out your own body, as this would let you know which variation of an exercise best fits you (or makes it more comfortable for you).
And SLEEP.
I'd recommend getting a trainer for at least a few sessions just so you know how to use the machines and have a basic routine of what to do. If you're comfortable with watching videos and asking from other people in the gym, that's fine too
Rest day
Lat, back and shoulder day:
Bent over barbell rows
Lat pulldowns
Shrugs
Tri pushdowns
Cable face pulls
Tri Kickbacks
Seated rows
first time doing face pulls, really like those
Unexpected rest day, my abdomen suddenly started to hurt really bad yesterday and today it still hurts
Today I walked a small 3k to vote, and I am still resting. Kinda feeling better tho
smol leg day 🦵
- 2mi walk
- goblet squats
- single leg romanian deadlifts
- glute bridges
- calf raises

Stress (and procrastination)
a 3 mi walk tonight
gonna see if i can up the pace a little bit next time
tried to do a 30 min hiit session today, but only managed to do 23 mins
anyone here do home workouts?
i've been doing home workouts lately but it kinda feels different with when i used to go to the gym
i feel tired as much as in the gym, but my muscles dont feel as sore as in the gym
Idk personally.
nice
Letsgoooo
hit my step goal todayyyy
its been a couple wks since i last reached it 🙃
rest day because next few days is gonna be filled with touching grass, camping, and so much hiking
Have fun!
So... I haven't done a workout in a while. I honestly don't know when I'll get back to it, been dealing with feelings and problems and stuff
. Something I am most likely doing tho is im going to Big Bend soon! Im excited to leave the house and touch some grass. Its going to be a little bit of a walk and hike, so I'll try to track how much I walk :tinakichad: I hope yall are doing well!
i finally leg pressed my own body weight
I have officially lost 30lbs this year! I’m still 10 lbs from my pre-COVID weight in 2019, but I have dropped 30lbs from my heaviest this past Spring
LETSGOOO
Over the last couple days hiked a total of around 8k and walked another 5k
Walked 6k today
Just finished a 5 km fun run, 8.5k steps
🦵 Nice
Walked 5.5k today
I don't have a plan, but as for "when" to eat, just make sure you're hitting the protein goal daily. The "optimal time" to drink/eat protein is a myth / a very small min-max adjustment, so don't stress yourself over it. Also, make sure to hit the protein goal even on rest days
anyone drinks protein shakes to hit the protein goal?
I have, though I try to consume protein through eating, instead of drinking, if that makes sense. I find the former more filling, though the latter is great when you don't have the time to cook.
I walked 6k today
Walked 5k today
Walked a small 3k today
its cold outside.
Went on an even shorter walk
Hey, the important thing is to keep it up. Awesome stuff Arnie
Thank you
ngl, i fell off with my consistency going to the gym with the holidays and health stuff and all
slowly but surely getting back to it though. walked 3mi today
SAME i got sucked into an mmo and minecraft, i havent been to the gym since 12 dec
I walked 10k today!
oooh
happy new year! Let's grind again this year
💪

NEW YEAR NEWFOUND MOTIVATION
lets follow wondy on the gigachad arc

TIME TO GET SWOLLLLLLL
wanted to go to the gym today but it was closed
My back hurts, probably not going to walk today
Walked for 2mi, jogged for 1.5mi today
let's goooo, building cardio endurance
i went to the gym ytd and did my shoulders after 1.5 months
My friend group started going to the gym together at the same time and now I’m the last one standing
keep standing, we need the positivity
its time.... (i wonder how long this is going to last for me
)
it was a good first 2 days
I like how i now have something to do in the mornings 🙂 (i was totally winded but eventually ill get use to it).
Also today I was doing my warm ups for my workout and a kitty walked by. I ended up playing with the kitty for 15 mins-

been averaging brisk walking/slow jogging 2 or 3 mi every other day in prep for the 5k i signed up for.
still got a ways to go!
if any one got hax to prevent shin splints, im all earsss
Doctor cleared me yesterday, so tonight…we LIFT

i want some opinions, do you thinks deadlifts are worth doing or does the risk outweigh the reward
Deadlifts are worth it but make sure you have good or perfect form

Just start doing deadlifts with just the bar and no weights on it so you get used to it and adjusting your form
I can't show my knuckles here
Woah it didn't let me upload these two pics before
There's another pic of it being on the brink of bleeding but it won't let me upload it
Walked 4k today
Jogged 2mi today
5k race day is sooooon ™️
You got this!!! Don't panic :PANIC:
Walked 6k today
Have fun~ and thank you for flying with Air Muay Thai
I have a Fitbit Charge, which I use for working out
If you are going to use mainly during workouts or any fitness activities, I'd recommend also getting sport bands.
I have a fitbit charge as well and I wear it like all day
Speaking of running, today was my 5k race day this morning! And honestly I did better than i expected 😁 it was hella rainy tho
Walked 3k today
I think its time I finally retire these 🫡 they were great while they lasted.
Walked 3k today
Walked 2.5k today
I would've walked more, but its drizzling outside and I don't wanna risk getting sick
Is it time to invest in a treadmill? 🤔
I gotta invest in dental surgery first
and then save up for an apartment, and then maybe I'll buy a treadmill
Walked 7.5k today
Nice

I won 2 more hard sparring matches one win was by knockout and the other was by TKO
I knocked out my opponent by a strong lead hook to the chin and even knocked his mouth guard away
Just walked 11k today
. o O (
)
Walked 5k today
Walked an extra 3k because I wanted to play more pokemon go
im not going to walk the next couple days because my feet have blisters and pinky toes that are very raw from walking in shoes that are definitely not wide enough to fit my feet for long walks.
twas finally nice outside enough and not freezing for a bike ride today 🚲
Learned how to snowboard yesterday and it was fun, but now i'm so sore and had swim practice
Now i'm extra sore everywhere but no pain no gain, right? 🥲
Walked 4.5k today
Walked 4.5k today
Walked 5k today
Just did 14 rounds in boxing. 7 rounds with mitt work then 7 rounds of sparring, so tired
Walked 10k today!
Walked 7k today
Edit: walked an extra 3k because why not
Went from 68 kg to 71 kg, I added 3 kg of muscle
. I'm now a super welterweight
Walked 3k today
Edit: walked an extra 5k, decided to play more pokemon go
Another Edit: the extra 5k was a mistake, my left big toe is ruined
i decided to get back into working out since i’ve gotten back from my hometown, and decided to go with the 5/3/1 workout routine after browsing r/fitness
the workout routine has the big 4 movements (bench press, overhead press, squat, deadlift) which i didnt do in my previous routine. I tried to look for my max training weight today and wanted to puke after trying to deadlift
and i still havent gotten the numbers for my squat and OHP
Walked 5k today
Idk how much I walked, but I walked
Also, make sure yall don't walk or run on an upset stomach, you will regret it
Definitely not speaking from experience or anything
Got inspired from watching physical 100 and took myself out for a valentines day gym date
Walked 6k today
walked 5k today
Walked 5k today
injured my knee from soccer
Oh geez, hope it heals fast
Walked 5k today
walked 9k, yesterday
Nice

Walked 7k today
Walked 3k today
might walk more later, but that depends on if my legs can handle it
I've been walking a lot more than usual lately.
today i finally got back to calculating my est max training weight for squat and ohp, and oh boy, as someone who's been doing leg presses instead of squats because i thought squat is more risky, squats are hella lit
my legs hurt so much (good kind of pain) and i never would've gotten this from doing leg presses
Decided not to walk, my legs start to burn 1 minute into walking, so today and probably tomorrow are going to be rest/stretch days
So.... walked 6k today
Muscle sprain, gonna have a swollen knee and won't be able to play soccer for several weeks to come.
i reached a few new personal bests yesterday
my bench press got increased from 45 to 50
my split squat got increased from 60 to 70
some other stuff got increased too but
i woke up this morning super sore

LETSGOOOOOOOOOO

I don't think I've said this yet, but congratulations on being able to bench press! Thats awesome
😄 thank u

Im resting today
my body is going through it and I need to rest because im planning on walking a lot this weekend

Walked 14.5k today
I've been missing workouts
you and me both brother
i'm gonna go tomorrow tho
I just won my first amateur fight in boxing with a round 2 KO
, I knocked him out with a lead left hook that sent his mouth guard flying AAAAAAA

I also have more fights in a few weeks and I'm confident I can also win those

And I got called the strongest puncher and best boxer of the whole event, stronger puncher than the heavyweights and cruiserweights

Walked 8k today
did my OHP, joined yoga, then did my deadlift today
couldn't finish all my deadlift sets though, i think i need to buy 2.75 lbs and (if it exists) 1.375 lbs plates because the lightest weight in the gym is 5.5, so if i want to increase/decrease weight, it has to be in 11 lbs intervals
Walked 5k today
Jogged 2mi today
Walked 3k today
I was overdue for a rest day, so I rest
Walked 3k today
Walked 8.5k today

Lungs still feel not that good since getting covid, but hopefully they heal
Ok, so next month is the first full month of my new job, and it is a bit physically demanding. One of my main reasons for not being able to lose weight was not having enough money to buy my own food to give myself a diet, but now with a job, I can start doing that while also having constant exercise. Next month will hopefully be my first serious start to losing weight, so I weighed myself. Last time I weighed myself was back in October, I weighed 262 pounds, or 118.8kg . I now weigh.... 262 pounds
Well damn. I might not post as often here, but when I do, it will hopefully be of progress updates and new additions to my routine
congrats on the new job (if i havent mentioned before
)! you got this, arnie!
havent tried their pre yet, but the thai tea protein is
imo

if we are reviving this channel then i can say that i hit a 165lb bench press pr yesterday
135lb body weight
4Weirdbuff
Nice
I was going to post an update about a month ago, but I weighed myself and saw that I didn't lose any weight 2 months into my job, so I decided not to. I've either been working 4days or 5days a week, and each shift I walk around 10km while lifting and pushing things all the time. Its honestly pretty exhausting, but a good workout.
Ayy gj everyone
Honedtly it aint about the number on the scale
Its about how u look and how u feel
Esp if ur gaining muscle mass
i think
what i realized is
even though everyoen at the gym looks like they're chad af and out of a manhwa
u have to remember they starteds omewhere too
they werent born outa the womb like that
LOL
its their hard work that brought them there so
u can also look like u came out of a manhwa too 🙂
so never feel discouraged looking at someone else
my trainer who looks good af rn was 200lbs
and she got here through hardwork yknow
so
u got this 🙂
yeah, I just wish it went down a bit, yknow? But I do know the reason, my diet still sucks lol
yea the nutrition part of losing weight is the hardest part
its not even the exercise i swear lol
80% of weight loss is diet
maybe even 90%
the rest of it is exercise, sleep, and genetic metabolism LOL
oh and water 🙂

Gotta weigh out ur food and log it into a food diary to track the calories ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ
then when I look at the average calories ate during the week, I realize that I overate again
Ypu could also try to gradually decrease your food intake over a few days
to make your body used to taking less food in instead of doing it immediately
I laso do OMAD (One meal a day) just one big lunch for the entire day, 1 or 2 weeks per month
I want to add a bit to this. Personally, I do not like having a breakfast. As a kid i used to have a huge breakfast (imagine 600 calories or so because indian food tend to be like that) but I gradually stopped.
Whenever I have crunch days due to Uni or work, I usually have a huge lunch at around 2pm-4pm. By huge, i mean that it is around 1500-2500 calories. I would not recommend doing as I noticed that if I'm doing no breakfast and just lunch as a huge meal, my body was more groggy waking up and I need a break after lunch because I was sleepy/food coma.
So, take into account how your body reacts to the food schedule as that would very much play a part in your fitness goals along with the macros and calorie intake.
Don't forget cool down and stretching, will help with consistency
Nope
No, I'm perpetually sore and tired
Kinda, Im very sore and lazy for like half an hour after the workout. i have to push myself to a hot shower but that usually fixes things

I'm hoping I feel good enough by tomorrow so I can go to the gym again.
Bananas and lean protein will help with recovery
Update, i walked yesterday and today, but no gym because I walked to a clinic to schedule a physical exam that my personal trainer required me to do. Depending on how the exam goes, I may not be able to schedule more sessions, so im hoping it goes well. My exam is tomorrow.
Just got home from the doctors office, and they cleared me for training. Im allowed to do light cardio and body weight exercises, but not weight lifting because my heart rate is above the safe level to weight lift currently.
Monday Leg Day done
Tomorrow I have my 3rd session with my trainer, we'll be doing upper body.
Ok, my personal trainer is having car trouble and can't make it for todays session, and my siblings are going to celebrate my brothers birthday later today. Im probably going to skip today and go tomorrow morning.

My last session will be next Tuesday
Walked to the park, played some Pokémon Go, then hit the gym+ got some groceries. And im planning on walking later to play some more Pokémon Go, nice physical day today
Ok, my trainer is kinda sick so we had to reschedule for next Tuesday. I wont be going to the gym this week because im gonna be going to New York to walk a bunch and play pokemon go from Thursday till Sunday morning.
I had my last session with my trainer earlier today, and this session was the first time I actually felt stronger! I was able to keep my balance while doing some exercises and stuff. Im hoping to go atleast two more times to the gym this week, and start going atleast 3 times a week next month aswell. As of right now, progress is slowly but surely showing, now I need to be consistent with it.
