Any chance we can lobby for the Aligator to have the same bonus as the other Guristas hulls? Forcing heavy/ham missiles is out of line with the other ships, which have a simple kinetic/thermal missile bonus. This, combined with the fitting severely restricts options for pvp fitting on the smaller scale. For smaller scale content RLMLs would be the preferred launcher due to application issues with heavy/HAMs but fitting such would be unbonused in its current state.

I doubt it would be broken tbqh it is a pretty minor bonus and the damage comes from drones not missiles anyway

BC's are balanced around being anti-cruiser. RLML's are not an anti-cruiser weapon (at least in their design), they were balanced primarily being anti-frigate.
Have 100k EHP+ BC's mulch frigs with RLML and drones doesn't really fit within the role of the BC hull. If you want to mulch frigs, use a RLML cruiser or destroyer.
Is RLML Alligaotr OP? Probably not, but it would set precedent to potential future ships and i'd prefer not to see more RLML BC hulls form because it started with the alligator. There are already enough RLML ships. Embrace HAM/HML life.

That is a fair response and I xan agree with that. Can we try and get a little more fitting on it then? Gator cannot fit lse+xlasb w/ ham/hmls. Even with fitting rigs and minmaxing modules. Fitting was the primary basis for desiring rlml. Currently it fits straight buffer just fine but for small scale pvp buffer is meh. Obviously should have to make sacrifices to fit such but imo it needs a touch of either pg OR cpu. I would argue cpu would be the better of the two as pg would potentially allow even more buffer which might be too much. Could also remove the role bonus of drone mwd speed since it is minimal and you need to run a nav comp anyway.

I'll pass along the suggestion of potentially more fitting (CPU). I think the role bonus is fine, actually I think it should get a second role bonus for missile speed.
The Prophecy Navy Issue gets both laser range role bonus and drone speed role bonus. Myrm Navy issue also gets both hybrid range bonus and drone speed role bonus. So for parity, it makes sense for the alligator to get missile range bonus + drone speed bonus.

Personally though if the Alligator is changed for an artificial reason.
Almost every other ship is Thermal/Kinetic.
So trying to force the alligator out of the normal fit concept. Will cause issues later down the road especially thematically.
Remember Alligator is kept out specific content, and its design and concept will make it have a bit of a problem otherwise.
The problem with RLML is its not something unless we decide to have the discussion on how different missile families work.
My concern is how the Alligator can buff itself via a fleet booster. On top of "native bonuses" that are common to Gurista ships especially with the shields. And this is the consideration of the ship.
Also the times at which we have upgrades or special boosters the Alligator will become for a time a very hard hitting and tanky opponent.
Has anyone considered the ramifications of combinations of different implants with the hull before or after such "changes"
I can think of a Hydra implant consequence off the bat.
If the Alligator is going to be such a problem, I would suggest the CSM now put a serious consideration. Because now a whole slew of new ships will be soon in the offing. Because filling in all the destroyer/battlecruisers for the factions is coming whether one likes it or not.
Lets use an interesting comparison...Mordus Legion Destroyer and Battlecruiser.
