I cleaned up my PC by clearing the cache, etc.

This error is coming from WGT…
When I log in to the app, a window pops up with an error message saying that my username isn't recognized. There's a problem with my player ID.
However, my login credentials are correct, since I'm able to access the app...

There must be a bug with my login credentials, which explains why this error window keeps appearing.
