Game frozen

I can't get game to work either. It pops up the main menu but then when you try and enter coin room it don't do anything but blink between menu and black screen. All morning been like this

I wanted to play just coin room games like everyday. I play on my mobile device and it's the only game or app I'm having issues with. It's unplayable. The menu pops up but like I say it don't respond to commands or if it does it doesn't load it blinks between menu and loading. Screen is black when is says loading then it'll flash back to menu and so on so forth

I un installed and re installed. Done all I know to do.

would you send me a screenshot when it says it's loading or any error you're seeing. Are you on android or iOS?

It won't allow screenshot from the menu but when it flashed to goals it let me take one.

But it's going from that to main menu back n forth without me clicking on anything. Only thing I was able to do is take that screen shot from goals section.

It oddest thing I've ever encountered on this app. I don't know what to do.
