#putts coming up short

Not bitchin but questioning the 11.5 meter roll out. My process for distance is I map my putts on each green speed. I spend more hours than enough doing this. I hit 3 balls from each increment on the putter pal then average them. I have a go to spot on the easy putting green. the putt from this spot is mostly 0.07 up. today most of my putts were almost 2 feet short bending left or right before the hole. I just went to the practice green and tried the 11.5 green speed...my numbers are dead on. Should I report this or justlaugh and say " That's my WGT ". I decidedto report it...lol

@torpid flame No you are right to Post it here and maybe others can give you their Formula to overcome it.
Personally I had to go with [Distance +/- Elevation] X .79 then add 2 feet to it
95% of the time it is SPOT ON
The other 5% we all be shaking our heads wondering...
YEAP I GOT WGT'ed!!!
LOL Good Luck!

Thank you for the input. My point was that either the 11.5 green speed on the practice green or the 11.5 clash speed were off. I'm thinking that itis the practice green. I actually went to the practice green mid-clash and re hit 36 putts( 3 for each putter pal increment ) and came to the same footage for each increment that I mapped yet I found that I was adding an extra increment for the same footage during the clash. Instead of 40% I had go to 50%,. all that said I am going to try your formula instead of all the hours it took me to map...again thank you for the reply.

Any idea what the distance would be of a full power putt on 13 greens, 15 meter ….(hypothetically flat/ no evaluation +/-)

See how on the picture it shows elevation of -0.9” at the ball.

So you need to add power for that or you will be short

Oddly the practice putting green does not have that bug 🤷‍♂️

So if you meant 13 greens, 15 ft (not meters) you would need to hit 15 * 7.9/13 + 0.9 to be dead weight. I usually add a few feet because i like it to be rolling about 3 feet by should i miss. So I would hit it 15 * 7.9/13 + 3 so about 12 feet of power.
