Putter Pal disabled

My CC is level 8 and two of my members tell me that their putter pal are only disabled when they play in tournaments.
They disabled the putter pal in the settings, saved and then enabled the putter pal in the settings. Same behavior.

If you’re referring to the green power indicator when putting, nobody gets that when playing tournaments. You only get this when playing coin games and friendly/practice games

I just tried it in a WGT tournament and the putter pal works for me!

Are they recruit status in your club?

Yes, both were recruit this morning. One of them is now Member, but he didn't try again since he get the member status.

Maybe change them both to member status and ask them to check again

@urban pilot I'd misunderstood and you were right Mark, it's the Putting Power Tip that's inaccessible in tournament play. Normal behavior then.
