I posted on r/c++ that I was having trouble making a "Grid" class (long story). Someone replied that I should use C++ syntax. I politely said "Thank you, but I prefer C syntax"

My post got downvoted and then removed by a moderator. Straight cinema.

Turns out, my post didn't get deleted (it still said it got deleted, tho) and kinder people answered 🙃 🙃 🙃

I don't know why I got down voted though. God forbid someone has an opinion.
