Not too hard

Basically, grow trees and grind them up for a few iterations

You will get enough money for a worm or two

The worms convert sawdust into more worm and dead plant into dirt

The dirt can be melted and cooled to make rock

Trees can be used to get the charcoal

The charcoal can be heated with rock to make diamond

Cancer can be gotten from cells (from primordial soup)

Subject them to a bit of radiation

You get cancer

You can sell some diamond etc. to afford stuff
