How the game will work:
Every 24 hours, starting at 6PM New York Time, players will be able to submit their actions.
There are two types of actions:
- Limited
- Unlimited

Limited actions are limited to 1 per turn. You can only choose one of these to do each turn.
Unlimited actions can be done in any quantity at any point in time within the turn.
Limited actions:
- Recruit troops (10 cash per pixel, limit is your land area)
- Use troops to invade land (1.5 pixels per troop, rounded down)
- Invest in economy (Economy multiplier increases, increases less the more it is done)
Unlimited actions:
- Diplomacy with other players (can't really stop you?)
- Declare war on other players
- Sea to Land (35 cash per pixel, won't automatically be added to the land you own)
- Land to Sea (25 cash per pixel, has to be owned by you)

More actions may be added along the way to make a more enjoyable user experience. Feel free to suggest stuff.
Players start out with 2500 pixels of land, 10000 cash, and 0 troops.
